About Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow and restorative form of yoga where poses are held for longer periods, allowing the body to gently soften and relax. The focus is on being present, breathing and allowing the body to release tension at its own pace.
Props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets are used for support and comfort, making the class suitable for everyone – regardless of previous yoga experience or flexibility.

A warm welcome to a relaxing moment for both body and mind!
